The Guest Author Name plugin allows you to publish posts by authors and to properly credit them without adding them as users to your website. You can also replace the URL and the author bio/description. Note: If you do not add a URL, the author of a guest authored page will not link to the guest author. Upgrade to our premium plugin for seamless integration.

Save and view the post.
We’re using a theme in this example that displays the author information in a nice box at the end of a post and also displays the linked author name above the post. Your posts might look something like this, depending on your theme and other plugins. If your theme does not display author information anywhere on your posts, check your theme settings. You can also install a plugin that displays author information. Simply go to the WordPress plugins page and type ‘Author Box’.
